Mr. William Bryce
Vice Chairman
Bill Bryce is a native New Englander and has served as a minister of fundraising for more than 26 years, the last 19 with World Vision. World Vision is an international Christian relief and development organization working in more than 90 countries. Bill and his family are members of FCCH, and live in Upton, MA.
 
Mr. Lew Flagg
Treasurer
Lew Flagg is a business and software consultant. He has a wife, Susan, and two grown children, Byron and Christine. Lew also serves as an elder and teacher at the First Congregational Church of Hopkinton and as the treasurer of Vision New England. As a native New Englander, Lew desires to see strong pastors and churches reach people for the Lord in New England.
 
Mr. Mike Dionne
Secretary
Mike is a graduate of Boston University and has been working as a sales engineer for Altera Corporation for the past 15 years. He lives in Hopkinton with his wife Deborah and their four children. He is active in the life of his children through coaching and active leadership in the cub scouts. Mike has been a Christian his entire life. Five years ago he received a calling to deepen and develop his relationship with Christ. Since that time he has spent daily time in the Word, become part of a small group and begun a relationship with a mentor. He has been attending FCCH for the past 4 years and a member for 2. He is involved with both the men’s and children’s ministries. Mike enjoys hiking and sailing with his family. Mike and Deb have been involved with several charities over the past decade and have been active in working with several of them to expand their support base.
 
Mrs. Janet L. Germaine
Financial Secretary
Jay (Janet) Germaine was raised in the MetroWest area of Massachusetts. She attended Wheaton College in Illinois, where she and Dick met. They are in their 42nd year of marriage, have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. She has been on the teaching staff of the Hopkinton Christian PreSchool for the past 22 years, and is now moving into a new area of ministry, adults. Prior to college she had been a bank teller, now God is using that experience as she transitions into being the Financial Secretary for Barnabas Ministries, Inc.
 
Mr. Ed Baker Ed Baker was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Arch Wireless for 16 years. During Ed’s tenure Arch grew from a small start-up to become the largest narrow-band wireless company in the United States. Ed’s Kingdom-based faith coupled with his appreciation of the importance of strong, capable leadership in the growth and success of organizations led him to support Barnabas from its beginning and join its Board in 2007. Ed and his wife Mary have two grown daughters and reside in Mashpee, Massachusetts.
Mike Barberio Michael Barberio worked for IBM and United Technologies as an electrical engineer before founding Cambridge Innovations in 1991. His firm now manufactures 5 product lines of specialized electronics to drive deformable mirrors, used in observatory telescopes around the world to correct for atmospheric turbulence, and for military R&D applications. Mike graduated with honors from both U.C. Berkeley and the High-Tech MBA program at Northeastern University. A Christian for 20 years, he now resides in Sherborn, MA with his wife Dana and two children. Mike and his family attend the Vineyard Church in Hopkinton.
