Pastor Bill Fillmore, Barnabas Ministries West Michigan

BillFillmore_bioBill has 40 years of pastoral experience, his last 12 as the founding pastor of CrossWinds Fellowship in North Muskegon, Michigan. He has served in various pastoral positions during his career – as Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Lead/Senior Pastor – enabling him to truly understand life in vocational ministry. He and his wife Debbie have been a part of the Leadership Center Staff in New Hampshire since 1988 ministering to ministry couples, as well as serving on the New England Staff of Barnabas Ministries, Inc.

Through his career he has taught seminars and facilitated in retreats and conferences dealing with various pastoral concerns and has helped congregations dealing with pastoral transitions.

Bill and his wife Debbie married in 1971 and he was ordained in ministry that same year. Together, they are proud parents of two adult children and revel in the joy of having five grandchildren. Bill and Debbie make their home in Montague, Michigan, where he serves as regional director of the Barnabas Ministries movement ministering to pastors and developing John 17:23 pastors' groups in Western Michigan.
